Well, people were not lying- Jillian Michaels is intense...
I tried the 30 Day Shred for the first time and after 2 minutes I almost got sick and passed out. This is definitely not for a beginner like me. It's not like the workouts are necessarily complicated but I cannot do it right now with the shape I am in.
I think once I get in a little better shape it will probably be great. So, what I'm gonna do is just work out with my treadmill and a few other exercises here and there along with my physical therapy and hopefully in about a month or so I can do it again with a little more ease...
